Acceptance
By accessing or using Marketing Spider ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Description of service
Marketing Spider is a marketing and social media management platform that allows businesses to manage clients, schedule content, publish to social media accounts, and track marketing performance. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the policies of any connected third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Social media integrations
When you connect a social media account, you authorize Marketing Spider to take actions on that account as directed by you within the Platform (e.g., publishing posts). You remain responsible for all content published through the Platform and for compliance with each platform's own terms of service.
Intellectual property
Content you upload remains yours. You grant Marketing Spider a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership over your content.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform to post illegal content, spam, or content that violates the terms of any connected social platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for the actions of connected third-party platforms or for content published through the Platform at your direction. Our liability to you for any claims is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30 days.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
